Debie is a true adventurer! She loves nature and breathtaking secret spots! She provides you with every possible luxury during your trip. However, Debie is not a factory camper, so don't expect a separate toilet and shower room. These possibilities are present, but we have tackled and provided for them in a creative way.
Debie is perfect for to'slow travel' to do. Debie keeps the 'incognito/stealth look' so you can spend the night in beautiful places and in the square without any worries.
Even while driving, Debie spoils you with all her gadgets! With her cruise control you are always easy on the track. Debie also has a touchscreen radio with bluetooth function wherever Waze, Google Maps, Spotify and other apps can be used. Of course you can also just listen to FM radio and bring your own CDs. While manoeuvring, the reversing camera you too to park spotlessly and neatly. It wifi device ensures that you can also use the internet without worries outside Europe.
Debie has a 2nd battery and solar panels on the roof for power in the motorhome area. You can charge all your devices via the 12v sockets, USB connections and the 500w 230v household plug. Debie also has precious LED lighting throughout the bus: energy efficient and atmospheric!
While traveling, Debie hardly needs (read: sometimes not at all, depending on your travel style) to be charged. Debie is completely self-sufficient and charges itself while driving and through the solar panels!
Debie's interior has been fully developed by Yana down to the last detail. One greek vibe can be found throughout the bus, by white to be used as the main color, the bus has a very spatial feeling. Details such as the handmade curtains and cushions create the perfect atmosphere.
Can Debie also be used during the winter? Yes! Our bus is equipped with a 2kw diesel heater with which you can warm up your feet after that beautiful winter walk. The diesel heater heats up the bus completely in no time, even when it's freezing outside!
Tip: a good thick duvet and a warm body to curl up against do wonders!
Still sweating a little too much with that sunny weather? That's no problem either! Debie has 2 skylights and there are also 2 fans present for the necessary cooling during those sultry summer nights. We had been doing 37° with Debie for days and were still able to cool down sufficiently with the fans.
Tip: a refreshing dip in the river/lake/sea also helps!
Debie is equipped with a 2 burner stove on gas, a gas bottle is standard with every rental. Making tasty meals in our bus is certainly no problem! The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you need.
Debie has a large sink, handy for the dishes and of course also for washing yourself. This goes on extra easily the extendable tap with spray function, can also be used as a shower head when washing your hair.
Debie has 2x 25 liter clean water tank and 1x 25 liter dirty water tank. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment (65 litres) perfect for keeping your purchases fresh.
Debie has a real 18cm pocket spring mattress. This one is just as soft as at home! Perfect after a long walk or a hard day of exercise! Please note this mattress is custom made and has the dimensions 172cmx140cm. Even taller people (< 190 cm) slept well on our mattress.
Debie has a porta pottie / chemical toilet (or as we call it: the porta prottie) on board as an emergency toilet for the night or when there really isn't a toilet nearby.
You can take a shower outside with the provided camp shower, solar shower bag. or if it is not possible outside you can easily wash your hair under the tap with extendable spray head and the large sink.
